CERTUS RIVO optimizes low-volume liquid handling through our patented state-of-the-art microvalve technology, enabling highly accurate, contact-free multichannel dispensing at high speed.

The CERTUS RIVO is our newly developed 16-channel contactless dispenser designed for precise low-volume applications. It offers reliable on-the-fly dispensing, back-flush functionality for less sedimentation, great volumetric accuracy and an improved sensory system for even more consistant results. With this release, we extend the CERTUS platform to support higher throughput and consistent performance across a wider range of assays.

It integrates seamlessly into automation platforms with SILA 1 & 2 or operates as a fully stand-alone benchtop device — depending on throughput needs and workflow requirements. Its modular architecture allows easy adaptation to different deck layouts, process chains, and laboratory environments.

To ensure optimal sample homogeneity, CERTUS RIVO features built-in shaking and stirring capabilities that reliably minimize sedimentation and maintain consistent dispensing conditions, even with challenging or sensitive reagents.

CERTUS RIVO supports a wide range of assay formats, plate types, and dispensing strategies, enabling scientists to configure workflows exactly to their experimental needs. Variable volumes, independent channel control, and contactless dispensing provide the freedom to design complex layouts, miniaturize protocols, and rapidly iterate assay conditions without compromising accuracy or reproducibility.
