The CERTUS FLEX optimizes low volume liquid handling by our patented/renowned state-of-the-art micro valves, which offer a maximum of accuracy and precision in contact-free multichannel dispensing at high speed.
It offers a unique flexibility by parallel operating of up to 8 independent channels dispensing different liquids at various volumes in straight or angled manner.
CERTUS FLEX allows liquid dispensing at a broad dynamic range regarding viscosity (<110 mPa.s – 300 mPa.s) and volume (< 100nl – 5 ml).
Due to its unlimited programming possibilities it can be employed in a broad range of applications transferring fluids from bottles or syringes onto various plate types or by integrating the CERTUS FLEX into your automation workflow via SiLA interface/compliance.
For the CERTUS FLEX device everything comes from 1 hand, from valve production through assembly to software development & service, thus we can offer unique customized solutions in order to address your specific questions / in order to meet your specific requirements.
